In a gripping match held today at the Naihati Stadium, Mohammedan Sporting Club emerged victorious over Pathachakra FC with a 2-1 scoreline.
Despite facing adversity, Mohammedan Sporting Club demonstrated exceptional determination to secure the win.
The match kicked off with Mohammedan Sporting Club taking the lead in the 21st minute, courtesy of a goal by Israfil Dewan, jersey number 30, putting us 1-0 ahead at halftime.
However, the second half saw a twist as Pathachakra FC equalized early on with a penalty kick in the 47th minute.
Mohammedan Sporting Club faced further challenges when James Thokchom Singh, jersey number 02, received a red card, leaving them with 10 men for the remainder of the game.
